The hexagonal honeycomb tower  packing material has polypropylene (PP) polyvinyl chloride (PVC) ethylene-propylene copolymerization and glass fiber reinforced plastics (FRP) .Its  assembly form has inclined and straight pipe. Material has PP, PVc.

Inclined tube is mainly used for inlet desanding of water drainage engineering, precipitation of wastewater , oil separation and tailings enrichment processing, also can be used for reconstructing old pool.

Features of inclined tube

1, large watted perimeter, small hydraulic radius.

2,good laminar flow, particles falling free from flocculent flow interference.

3,as long as inclined tube is 1meter, effective loadis designed  by 3-5 tons/m 2 .VO in 2.5-3.0 mm/sec range and best water quality.

4, adopting  honeycomb inclined pipe in water inlet with tube 2.0 to 3.0 meters ensure safe operation processing in high turbidity of 50-100 kg/m3 clay sand content.

5, processing power of inclined pipe sedimentation tank is horizontal-flow settling tank 3-5 times, accelerating water clarification and pulse water clarification of 2-3 times.
